I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. My name is Steve Sonk, and I am truly honored to introduce myself as the new President of the Jackson Hills HOA.

As a resident, home owners, and neighbor, I’m excited to be serving in this role, and I look forward to working together to keep our beautiful community a place we can all be proud to call home. Whether you’ve lived here for many years or are a new member of our neighborhood, I want you to know that I am here to ensure we have an open, welcoming, and thriving environment for everyone.

My main goal as HOA president is to maintain the beauty and safety of Jackson Hills while also fostering a strong sense of community. I believe in transparency and open communication, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions, concerns, or suggestions you might have. Your voice is important, and I’m here to listen and work together with you to make Jackson Hills even better.

We will be hosting regular community meetings and neighborhood events, and I encourage everyone to attend. These will be great opportunities to meet fellow neighbors, stay informed about upcoming events and projects, and share your ideas on how we can improve our shared spaces.
